The nucleotide sequence of -full length leghemoglobin (Lb) cDNA " clone -from yellow lupin (Lupinus luteus) is presented. The amino acid sequence deduced -from the nucleotide sequence is in accor— "* dance with known ammo acid sequence of lupin Lb I e;:cept position 79 where GLn is -found instead o-f GILI.
